About Judith Scott
Judith
Scott danced her way into the fitness industry. A performer and
choreographer, Ms. Scott graduated from Northwestern University
with a Master's Degree in Dance and Physical Education. She is
certified by ACE and Pilates and has studied Ideokinesis and Therapeutic
Touch as modalities to relieve back pain.
Judith was on the faculties of Northwestern University, Barnard
College and New York University where she taught ballet, modern
dance, social dance, alignment, and other forms of creative movement
Her book Good-Bye to Bad Backs
was a Literary Guild selection and she has published numerous articles
on exercise for Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, McCall’s,
Parents and Self. Judith has also created two fitness
videos: “Healthy Backs” and
“Sports Stretch.”
Judith now offers personal fitness
training in New York City. Her mission is to move you
to health and provide expert guidance and support on your journey.
