Personal fitness training will get you on track to achieve your fitness goals. Your personal training starts with an evaluation to determine your strengths, weaknesses, needs and goals. Here’s what the evaluation includes:

pilates
  • Taking your medical and exercise history
  • Analyzing your gait and posture
  • Testing your muscle strength
  • Determining a cardio target rate
  • Setting fitness goals

The training is then designed around your personal needs, and might include:

  • Muscle strengthening
  • Endurance training
  • Flexibility exercises
  • Medical fitness & rehabilitation exercises for specific problems

All evaluation and training is done at a safe, individualized pace. And since it’s your body that will be doing the work, you will be a partner in creating your fitness program!
